Supporting Members Through Life's Changes

It can be difficult to know exactly what to say or do when someone tells you they are stressed, having a difficult day or struggling with their mental health. A conversation can be life changing! Feeling seen, heard and supported may be exactly what someone needs.

Operating Engineers Local 66 MAP (Member Assistance Program) helps with any problems that can hurt your health or job security, such as:
- Marital & Family Conflicts
- Stress
- Drug or Alcohol Abuse
- Depression and other emotional concerns
- Poor Health Habits

We understand that seeking help should be convenient and accessible. Members can now access support in two ways:

1. Visit the secure online portal at lytleeap.com for 24/7 access to resources and support
2. Call Lytle EAP Partners at 800-636-4822 for confidential assistance

Whether you prefer to connect online or over the phone, help is always available when you need it.

Notice: Changes to Your Prescription Drug Coverage

Important Update

Operating Engineers Local 66 Welfare Fund has changed prescription drug providers effective January 1, 2025. CVS Caremark™ has replaced Optum RX as your prescription benefit manager. This change is not applicable if you are enrolled in the Freedom Blue Medicare Advantage plan.

If you are eligible for prescription drug benefits through the Welfare Fund, you can:
- Call CVS Customer Care at 833-796-4625 for assistance
- Visit www.caremark.com to register for your CVS Caremark account

The Welfare Fund is working hard to ensure this is a seamless transition. If you received information from CVS Caremark™ about the transition and need help getting started, please use the contact options above.

Important Notice Regarding 1095B Tax Forms

As of January 2020, the Internal Revenue Service no longer requires you to file the 1095-B as part of your federal tax return because the tax penalty for failing to meet the individual mandate was eliminated by Congress. Pursuant to the recently passed Paperwork Burden Reduction Act of 2023 (H.R. 3797), we will no longer mail the form to you.
